Communication is key to the smooth running of any event making sure that things happen when they need to, and for the health and safety of personnel and the public alike.

 

The only way to achieve this reliably is with two-way radios; a well-maintained hire fleet which will always perform optimally every time you press the button.

 

Our highly qualified radio engineers test each radio before hire, customise the channels to suit your event needs, deploy additional infrastructure such as repeaters or gateways to ensure coverage where you need it, and monitor things during the event to make sure everything is working just how you want it.

 

We use best-of-breed radios from Motorola, the same brand used for public safety worldwide and to military grade robustness ensuring if a radio does get dropped or gets wet, it keeps on working without compromise.

 

Our engineers will start working with you as soon as you make an enquiry, collecting information about the number of radios required, the geography you need to cover, the nature of the event (indoors, outdoors etc) all to determine the best equipment to provide seamless coverage and capacity for your event.

 

We make things as easy as possible; a few straightforward questions allow us to quote and book the stock so however many radios you need – from two to two thousand, we can have everything ready for your big day.

 

During the event we can provide personnel on-site to issue radios, provide brief training on how to use the talkgroups assigned and additional features such as private (radio to radio) calling for larger events.

 

For wide-area events which cover a larger area, such as a road race or charity cycle ride we can take your event map and use our radio planning tools to deploy temporary repeaters and other infrastructure to underwrite the coverage you need, making sure every time you push the button your message is received loudly and clearly.
